Amazing…..

Just a quick note to set the stage for this video.  We had a short 15 miles south to Governor’s Harbour in Eleuthera and the day was without wind, pretty much zero knots all day.  The water looked like oil or glass at times; a water skiers paradise.  As we approach our destination we see a few dolphins breaking the surface of the water.  We’ve got plenty of depth at 25-30 feet, no boats around us, no wind, no waves, so we put the boat at barely above idle and start doing circles with the dolphins.  This is about 4 minutes of about 10 that we watched these amazing animals.  The water and the dolphins were out of this world.  Seeing this sort of thing makes this trip a true blessing.  The video is HD so go big screen, its worth it but believe me when I say that the video still can’t do it justice.  The music is courtesy of freeplaymusic.com

    • It was really cool. The video is cool but trust me that it can’t do it justice. To see them in that fluid environment moving so effortlessly was pretty amazing. I’ve heard they’ll bow surf when you’re at speed. We’ve yet to see this. Maybe next time. Pretty cool creatures.
